Estamos a recrutar RECECIONISTA (M/F) 

FUNÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADES:
Enquanto Rececionista (M/F), reportará ao Front Office Manager e ficará responsável por receber, acompanhar e apoiar o cliente desde a fase de reserva até ao check-out. Executar reservas, processos de check-in e check-out, atendimento telefónico e resposta a pedidos por e-mail, fechos de caixa e respetivos movimentos e faturação.
Assumir responsabilidades na gestão ambiental do NH Hotel Group e participar proativamente nas ações de melhoria e sugestões. Garantir uma comunicação eficaz entre departamentos.
Prestar informações e promover os serviços do Hotel e da região de forma a garantir um serviço de qualidade e excelência, contribuindo ativamente e de forma decisiva para a obtenção de resultados definidos e exceder as expectativas do cliente.

– Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes . Hotéis de 4 ou 5 estrelas
– Conhecimento de Português e Inglês e preferência por outra Língua Estrangeira (fluente ao nível da oralidade). – Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira e/ou semelhante ou experiência comprovada na função
– Bom nível de cultura geral e conhecimento do destino do hotel
– Conhecimentos Informáticos: Microsoft Office, Internet, Base de Dados e aplicações para a área de hotelaria.

We are hiring RECEPCTIONISTS (M/F) 

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As Receptionist (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for receiving, accompanying and supporting the customer from the booking stage to check-out. Execute reservations, check-in and check-out processes, answering telephone calls and responding to requests by e-mail, closing cashiers and respective movements and invoicing. Assume responsibilities in the environmental management of the NH Hotel Group and proactively participate in improvement actions and suggestions. Ensure effective communication between departments. Provide information and promote the services of the Hotel and the region in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, actively and decisively contributing to the achievement of defined results and exceeding customer expectations.

– Professional experience in similar functions. 4 or 5 star hotels
– Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent in terms of speaking).
– Degree in Hotel Management and/or similar or proven experience in the role
– Good level of culture and knowledge of the destination of the hotel
– Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and applications for the hotel industry.
