FUNÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADES:
Enquanto Rececionista (M/F), reportará ao Chefe de Receção e ficará responsável por receber, acompanhar e apoiar o cliente desde a fase de reserva até ao check-out. Prestar informações e promover os serviços do Hotel e da região de forma a garantir um serviço de qualidade e excelência, contribuindo ativamente e de forma decisiva para exceder as expectativas do cliente.

– Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes . Hotéis de 4 ou 5 estrelas
– Flexibilidade de Horários
– Conhecimento de Português e Inglês e preferência por outra Língua Estrangeira (fluente ao nível da oralidade). – Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade ou Curso Profissional adaptado à função
– Bacharelato ou Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira ou Turismo (preferencial). – Bom nível de cultura geral e conhecimento do destino do hotel
– Conhecimentos Informáticos: Microsoft Office, Internet, Base de Dados e aplicações específicas para a área de alojamento/ hotelaria.

We are hiring RECEPCTIONISTS (M/F) 

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As Receptionist (M/F), you will report to the Head of Reception and will be responsible for receiving, accompanying and supporting the customer from the booking stage to check-out. Provide information and promote the services of the Hotel and the region in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, actively and decisively contributing to exceed customer expectations.

– Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels
– Time flexibility
– Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).
– Minimum 12th year of schooling or Professional Course adapted to the role
– Bachelor’s or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
– Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel’s destination
– Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.
