Villa Manager – German Speaker (M/F/W) Tempo Inteiro

We are looking for a hardworking and warm-hearted person to managing and to provide preparatory support for the private Villas and care of our guests in one of our guesthouses. This position is an absolute position of trust requiring an excellent reputation and very good references. This activity includes:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

– At least 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience from a similar position

– Impeccable reputation and very good references from previous employers

– German, fluent in spoken and written (mandatory)

– English, fluent in spoken and written

– Portuguese, fluent or good knowledge (highly appreciated)

– Car driving licence

THE POSITION

– Organising and ensuring the running of the entire household

– Leading a family team of up to 12 people

– Coordination and cooperation with external VILA VITA employees

– Creative preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner

– Occasional preparation of breakfast, light snacks, cakes

– Ensuring personalised service to invited private guests

– Looking after guests (incentive groups) on a weekly basis and organising (if necessary also accompanying) local excursions

– Guest care in case of illness or accident (doctor, hospital, pharmacy)

– Maintenance and design of the creative exterior and interior decoration, including the provision of decorative plants.

– Helping with the due cleaning work in the interior and exterior area

– Maintenance of the in-house car

– Adherence to standards
