Considering the conditions of the hotel, we will consider adopting an International Brand that could bring good communication, positioning and higher rates.

Analyzing all the brand options that suits the concept of the hotels, comparing it to the actual positioning and the positioning of the other hotel brands.

Based on the brand options, the total investment needed to reconversion is taken into consideration

Analyzing the impact of the brand options on the hotel results
