The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its reference unit in Lisbon:
Guest relations (M/F)
It provides a service that aims to build customer loyalty through personalized attention, focusing not only on their needs but also on their desires and motivations.
He works mainly in the lobby, playing a fundamental role not only in satisfying needs but also in trying to exceed customer expectations, promoting an image of excellence for the Hotel and ensuring the standardization of the process within the Group.
Main responsibilities:
– Welcome customers in a personalized way, giving them a warm welcome;
– Control the cleanliness and organization of the lobby;
– Follow up on regular and most important customers to facilitate check-in and check-out processes;
– Keep informed about events taking place at the Hotel and about the city and the main events taking place there;
– Coordinate with the reception manager specific welcome actions regarding regular customers, VIPs or Booking strategies;
– Recognize customer needs and have an active “upselling” attitude;
– Move around the lobby during peak hours in order to provide support to customers, coordinating your intervention with the Reception and Baggage Handlers/Tryntanários teams, providing the necessary support to guarantee a quality service to the customer;
– Receive opinions and suggestions from customers and any complaints they may have, seeking to provide them with a quick and effective solution.
Requirements:
– Degree in Hotel Management, Public Relations or other relevant degree for the role;
– Professional experience in the role, minimum of 2 years, as Receptionist/Guest Relations;
– Proficiency in English and French (other languages are valued);
– Knowledge of PMS Inovguest (preferential);
– Team spirit, proactivity and dynamism;
– Excellent knowledge of IT from a user perspective, particularly in Excel;
– Good knowledge of Frontoffice management;
– Excellent communication and leadership skills;
– I like service and customer satisfaction.
