In 2016, the Fórum Turismo Association founded the Employability Exchange because it realized that there was a mismatch between recruiters looking for employees and candidates who wanted to work in the sector.

What started as a job fair is now the largest hub of initiatives (online and offline) specialized in recruitment in the Tourism sector, and designed to guarantee you the opportunity to find work and develop your talent.
