Salary between €1.500 e €1.300 net depending of several things, PLUS Performance bonus up to 3 additional monthly salaries per year based on company and personal performance.

Job Summary:

Are you a social butterfly with a knack for organization? Do you have a passion for travel and meeting new people? If so, we’ve got the perfect job for you! As our City Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for making sure our guests have the time of their lives while staying at our properties (Hotel, GuestHouse and Hostel)

As unit responsible YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage with local team 3 diferent properties (Hotel, Guesthouse and Hostel)

Greet guests with a smile and a high five (optional but encouraged).

Organize and lead social activities, such as pub crawls, movie nights, and city tours.

Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests, regardless of their background or travel experience.

Manage hostel operations, including checking in guests, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing maintenance and repairs.

Handle any guest complaints or concerns with grace and a can-do attitude.

Foster a sense of community among guests by encouraging them to connect and interact with each other.

Be the go-to person for local recommendations, from the best restaurants to the coolest hidden gems.

Make sure the hostel is stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and snacks (because hangry guests are not fun to deal with).

Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and share your knowledge with guests to help them plan their trips.

Qualifications:

A contagious sense of humor and a love of all things fun.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A passion for travel and a desire to share that passion with others.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

An open mind and a willingness to learn from different cultures and perspectives.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.

A love of karaoke is a major bonus (because you never know when a hostel-wide sing-along might break out).
