Pret A Manger – Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) – Lisbon CC Colombo Fulltime

Pret A Manger is opening in Lisbon soon, and we are looking for its first Restaurant Director in Portugal!

Your mission:

Preparation and management of the Unit's Budget;
Shift planning and team management;
Human Resources Management, Performance Assessment of the progression potential of team members and succession plan for upcoming openings;
Fulfillment of business objectives;
Stock planning and management;
Competitor analysis;
Definition and implementation of improvement actions;
Proposal for promotional actions;
Ambition for a career growth and development project.
What we value:

At least 3-4 years of experience in the role;
Experience in team management and leadership;
Customer and results oriented;
Good communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred);
Availability and flexibility to travel outside the country;
Preferred academic qualifications – Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement of 12th grade education).
