Head Waiter (M/F) – Hotel da Música Fulltime

Main Function: Responsible for service in the restaurant, namely ensuring the coordination, discipline and good performance of the waiters under his leadership. Coordinates its work with other sections (Kitchen and Bar), in order to provide a high quality of service.

Profile and Requirements:
Technical training in Hospitality, or similar function.
Experience in a similar role, for a minimum period of 3 years.
Good knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of other languages being valued.
Solid knowledge of HACCP.
Computer and POS knowledge.
Strong communication skills, particularly in contact with customers.
Planning and organization skills.
Assertive leadership skills.
Versatility, availability and passion for service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
