The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting to join the kitchen of its Convent Square Lisbon Hotel in Lisbon

2nd Cook (M/F)

Main responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook meals and light dishes;
– Receive food and other products necessary for preparing meals, being responsible for their storage and preservation;
– Prepare fish, vegetables and meat and carry out culinary operations;
– Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment.

Requirements:
– Professional training in the Kitchen area;
– Professional experience in similar functions;
– Experience in international hotel chains is valued;
– Dynamic, proactive person, with a spirit of dedication and a sense of responsibility;
– Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of the role;
– Flexibility and versatility;
– Hourly availability.
