If your company wishes to recruit at the Tourism Job Fair, you must request a participation proposal, selecting the number of fairs you wish to attend and the additional Employability Exchange services you would like to contract. Each participating company is entitled to a turnkey stand, which can later be customized by the company. After your request, our sales team will send you a quotation for participation. Tourism Job Fair participation plans have different prices depending on the number of fairs in which your company wants to participate. Request your proposal and check the available plans and their benefits here.

Each stand includes a table with two chairs, an electricity point and the company logo. In addition to the basic stand, companies can bring decorative elements as long as they respect the space limits.

If the company wants more than one stand, an additional fee will be charged to be agreed with the Employability Exchange sales representative. As for the layout, the additional stands will be placed side by side.

Each company can have up to 5 representatives per stand purchased. If more than one stand is purchased, this number can be negotiated with the organization.
The distribution of company stands is carried out in advance and randomly through a draw. However, companies are grouped by sector. After the draw, the map of each trade fair is communicated.
The public that attends the job fairs is diverse, including employed and unemployed professionals who are looking for new opportunities, students looking for their first job or internship, as well as candidates in vulnerable situations, among others. The Employability Exchange is committed to ensuring that all candidates who visit the fair are not only ready to work, but also qualified to do so. However, we cannot guarantee that some situations beyond our control will not occur in this context.
In all locations there will be an area designated for unloading. If not, the organization will inform you in advance.
