About the function:

The Sales Internship offers a comprehensive learning experience designed to introduce you to the key areas of the department. From individual reservations to group bookings, e-commerce and promotional campaigns, you’ll gain insight into how a successful sales team operates in the hospitality industry.

Main responsibilities:

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team and will be involved in:

Private customer reservations: Help manage individual guest reservations, learn the fundamentals of guest relationship management, and tailor experiences to guest needs.

Group Reservations: Support the team with group bookings, including corporate, leisure and event bookings.

E-commerce:

Promotion: Help create, plan and implement promotional campaigns to increase bookings during peak and off-peak seasons. Work with marketing to design specific campaigns and track their impact.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar areas.
• Passion for travel and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of reservations and e-commerce is a plus!
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Eligible for Professional Internship – IEFP +Talento

CONDITIONS

• 40-hour weekly schedule, from Monday to Friday
• 6 months internship contract according to IEFP values
• Internship grant
• Food Allowance
