We have a vacancy open for an IEFP professional internship in the Catering Operations area, to reinforce Catering Operations at events in Lisbon – both outside and at CCL – to ensure better monitoring of the entire operation and customers.

Your mission:

– Support in preparing events;
– Support in organizing operational teams and dividing them into different roles to be performed at an event;
– Monitoring the service during events;
– Support in the event closing process – launching documents into the computer system and analyzing indicators;
– Understand the daily activity of catering units and support customer service and the organization of administrative processes: launch of closing documents for the day in the unit and analysis of weekly and monthly indicators.
