Night Audit – WOTELS – Lisbon Fulltime

WOTELS is a young and very dynamic chain of Hostels&Hotels that is expanding throughout the national territory and we want to continue growing! Our Mission is to offer multi-offer, clean and safe accommodation in a space with its own life and where interaction between customers is encouraged.
We are looking for fun, responsible and enthusiastic people who want to grow and develop their career with us!

Some of your functions:
– relationship with guests
– check ins, reservation extensions, check outs, payments and billing
– keeping the space clean and organized
– cash diaries;
– daily sending of management reports
– transmission of information from your shift to the following shifts and to supervision
– safety and well-being of all guests
– distribution of Housekeeping tasks for the next day
– compliance with internal rules and procedures

Do you have experience and training in the area? Do you speak English fluently?
