The Brasserie de L'Entrecôte is a restaurant inspired by the gastronomy and glamour of the Parisian universe, defined by the exclusivity of its unique dish, which is already an icon of specialized gastronomy: Entrecôte wrapped in a velvety and tasty sauce, accompanied by our thin and crispy French potatoes.

La Brasserie de L'Entrecôte is currently recruiting Assistant Manager/Shift Manager for the La Brasserie de L'Entrecôte in Cascais Marina.

Function:
– The main responsibilities are to ensure compliance with restaurant service standards, guaranteeing smooth operation, excellent service and customer satisfaction.
– Reporting to the Unit Manager;
– Support to the unit manager in all operational issues (team management, tasks, schedules, stock and order management, cost control, results);
– Training, communication and motivation of the sales team, maximizing activities to boost sales;
– Excellent reception, welcome and customer service;
– Ensure the quality and operational efficiency of the store;
– Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.

Profile:
– Secondary or higher education in Restaurants, Hospitality or proven experience;
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management;
– Availability and flexibility of schedules;
– Leadership skills, assertive communication, high level of responsibility and autonomy;
– Good organizational and planning skills;
– Results orientation;
– Customer focus, excellent service;
– Resilience and communication skills;
– Ability to work in a team and enjoy people management;
– Knowledge of IT from a user perspective (Microsoft Office/Windows/Email);
– Knowledge of languages (preferable);
– Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
