To strengthen our Kitchen team at Grande Real Villa Itália & SPA, in Cascais, we are recruiting a 2nd Class Cook.
What awaits you in this role:
- Prepare and prepare meals for customers;
- Collaborate in the process of defining menus and preparing the products needed to prepare meals;
- Ensure correct storage and adequate conservation of food products;
- Plate and garnish cooked dishes;
- Inspect and ensure adequate cleaning of food preparation areas (equipment, utensils and surfaces), in accordance with HACCP rules;
- Collaborate in cleaning the workplace.
What we value in you:
- Training in the kitchen area;
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles in hospitality;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer orientation;
- Flexibility of schedules;
- Immediate availability.
