Maintenance Manager – Immediate Entry
Function description:
– Supervise hotel systems, equipment and facilities;
– Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of infrastructures;
– Prevent failures with preventive and corrective maintenance;
– Coordinate maintenance team and outsourced services;
– Validate technical services and report needs to management;
– Ensure safe and continuous operation of the building.
We select candidates with the following requirements:
– Experience as a maintenance manager, preferably in luxury hotels;
– Technical knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air conditioning systems;
– Proactive, organized and safety-focused profile;
– Leadership and good communication in team management.
