What will you do?
As a Customer Representative, you will support customers throughout their booking journey and help them find the right solutions for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with online bookings, reservations and travel-related requests
• Respond to customer enquiries through email, chat and phone
• Provide accurate and timely information while keeping customer and booking details up to date in internal systems
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
• Provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Follow company policies, procedures and service guidelines when assisting customers
• Escalate complex cases when necessary, following the appropriate procedures
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience

What are we looking for?
You’ll be a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Have previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry
• Are passionate about travel and hospitality and understand the needs of travellers
• Are comfortable applying company policies and procedures to provide effective customer support
• Can work independently, make sound decisions and accurately document customer interactions
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
