Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo is an agritourism consisting of a central building with 12 double bedrooms, a living room and dining room that can also be used for small events for up to fifty people. There are also four apartments next to the central building with large outdoor living areas and an isolated apartment called Monte da Asseiceira, with a private pool and located on a high point that allows you to enjoy a superb view over the Alentejo plain. It also has a set of different outdoor seating areas.

Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo also has a complex for holding events; parties, companies, etc., with capacity for around 400 people, with a properly sized kitchen with sound and audiovisual equipment and an outdoor terrace area.

Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo has recreational facilities, a swimming pool area with a large pool, a children's pool, including changing rooms, a tennis court, a picnic area, a dam for nautical and bicycle activities.

Because Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo is part of a “Herdade”, it can also offer other activities, such as hiking, horse riding or even jeep riding and participation in agricultural activities (according to the time of year)
