Alerta Emprego is a job portal where job offers from companies and recruiters are published. Through the portal and our means of communication (Social Networks, Email-Marketing, SMS, Banners, etc.), opportunities are promoted to a wide range of candidates and recruitment processes are managed in an efficient and collaborative manner. We also have a database of CVs/Candidates available. This database is searchable by companies and recruiters, who can use it to find candidates with the characteristics they are looking for.
We also recently launched Finders as a recruitment solution in which we aim to be an extension of our clients' companies and deliver candidates with the profile best suited to what they are looking for.
As a form of innovation and differentiation, we have also invested – successfully – in organizing online job fairs and holding virtual open days for partner companies.
