Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, located in Albernoa, Beja, in the heart of Baixo Alentejo, emerges as part of this time capsule that extends over 450 hectares. Here, time seems to stop moving, history goes back to time immemorial, the territory occupies an endless space and we live a day-to-day life submerged in a silence that can be heard. The cultural and historical richness is embodied in the classification of World Heritage (Elvas and Évora) and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (Cante Alentejano) and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve (Castro Verde).

From the framework of nature, in its purest state, a world of modernity, uniqueness, charm and refinement is born. Between walls, contemporary times intersect, in a unique way, with ancestral traditions and the typical rurality of the Alentejo plain. 

With six accommodations, all with a unique personality and purpose, privacy, exclusivity and luxury are the guiding principles that connect the different spaces.

The rural inspiration is evident in the original pieces designed by artisans, in the handmade chairs, in the use of buinho and stones collected on the estate, the Alentejo marbles, materials that coexist alongside national and international design objects, from Olaio à Vista Alegre, by Marcel Wanders and Alvar Aalto, from bathroom furniture and Agape bathtubs to lighting pieces designed by Philippe Starck, Charles & Ray Eames or Mariano Fortuny.
