Bolsa de Empregabilidade, a brand of Associação Fórum Turismo, with registered office at Rua do Conde de Redondo n.º 46 A, R/C 1150-107 Lisbon, Portugal, holder of the legal person identification number 510 368 158 is committed in protecting the privacy of your personal data and, therefore, undertake to process and guarantee the security of such data in accordance with current personal data protection legislation. The Employment Exchange is the entity responsible for processing this personal data, which is kept for the period necessary and appropriate for the purposes for which it is intended.

This Privacy Policy aims to make you aware of how Bolsa de Empregabilidade treats your data and your rights as a data subject.
Any data you make available to the Employment Exchange will be understood as obtained, processed and transmitted under strict observation and in full compliance with the requirements established by the GDPR and other legislation in force.

    Bolsa de Empregabilidade will use the personal data you provide to us for the following purposes:

    • Contact customers before, during or after the performance/completion of contracted services or services provided;
    • Register for available services;
    • To analyze and respond to your messages, customer support and information requests;
    • To analyze and follow up on your application process to work with the Employment Exchange;
    • So that we can send newsletters or other publications requested and/or that may be of interest to you;
    • For operations and registration management;
    • For the operations and management of our website;
    • To keep a record of your contact details;
    • For commercial purposes, such as data analysis, audits;
    • For fraud prevention;
    • For the adaptation, improvement and modification of services, in particular, by identifying usage trends, or, to determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns;

    The data of minors is collected and processed with the consent of their parents or legal guardian. In relation to this data, parents or legal guardians can exercise the rights that the GDPR grants to data subjects.

    5. Opposition to the processing of personal data [For reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by the Employment Exchange carried out on the basis of legitimate interest or in relation to direct marketing.]
    6. Revocation of consent to processing [If you revoke your consent, the Employment Exchange will remove your consent from the activity you specify].

    Once the request has been sent with the necessary information, the Employment Exchange will respond within one month, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

  8. As part of your registration on the online Recruitment Platform, the Employment Exchange may transfer your data, through this means:

    • To companies registered on the Recruitment Platform that are looking for employees to work for;
    • To the same extent, company contacts can be given to employees looking for work;

    In the context of acquisition and/or incorporation processes in which it is involved, when such transfer is necessary within the scope of the legitimate interests of the Employment Exchange or third parties to whom the data is communicated. The processing of your personal data may also be carried out by service providers, who act on behalf of the Employment Exchange, namely marketing and digital and social media agencies, accounting management services, auditors and lawyers, external entities that provide us with technological services, such as IT platform providers, hosting services, maintenance and assistance for our databases.


  9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
  10. The Employment Exchange may need to transfer your data to service providers, within or outside the European Union (provided that such transfer is essential for the execution/provision of the service).

    Any transfer of personal data to a third country will only be carried out within the framework of compliance with legal obligations or provided that compliance with applicable community and national legal standards in this matter is guaranteed.
