Évora Hotel Recruit: 2nd Receptionist (M/F)

Main Functions:
-Carry out, in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, welcoming customers and all related tasks (IN/OUT);
-Carry out management related to the occupation and contracting of accommodation;
-Proceed with the entry of consumption and expenses, issuing, presenting and receiving the respective bills;
-Prepare and execute correspondence for the section and respective file;
-Reservation management;
-Newhotel Hotel Management System (will be positively valued).

Requirements:
– 5 months to 1 year of experience in similar functions;
-Customer Orientation and Service Quality;
-Team spirit;
-Knowledge of languages – English and Spanish;
-Good knowledge of tourist information in the region;
-Flexibility of schedules;
-Immediate availability.
