IT Project Manager (M/F/D) – The Editory Collection Hotels Fulltime

We are strengthening the Computer Science Department with the admission of a Project Manager (M/F/D)

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in project management or IT project support roles.
• Notions of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum or similar).
• Ability to organize, plan and monitor activities and deadlines.
• Good analysis and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello) will be valued.
• Interest in developing skills in IT Governance and frameworks such as ITIL.
• Desire to learn about topics such as cloud, big data, artificial intelligence and IoT.
• Good knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, Visio).
• Communication skills, team spirit and proactivity

Function Description:

• Support the management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring deadlines, quality and alignment with defined objectives.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of indicators, reports and project documentation.
• Collaborate in identifying risks, problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the adoption of agile methodologies and good project management practices.
• Support the implementation of technological solutions and innovation initiatives.
