Functions
Personalized customer service in-branch, by phone and online.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets and travel proposals.
Reservation management (flights, hotels, tours, cruises, tour packages, among others).
Customer support during all phases of the trip.
Contact with operators and suppliers.
Support for the agency's commercial and marketing activities.

Profile
Experience in travel agencies (preferred).
Good knowledge of tourist destinations and tourism products.
Good communication skills and commercial spirit.
I enjoy customer service and sales.
Organization, autonomy and responsibility.
Computer science from the user's perspective.
Good knowledge of English (other languages valued).
