Opportunity:
O Hotel Flor de Sal, located on the seafront of Viana do Castelo, is looking to strengthen its Front-Office team with a Receptionist (m/f/d)
Main functions:
• Carrying out day and night shifts, with check-in/out management
• Planning and preparing for next day check-ins
• Personalized welcome and service for our customers
• Conducting audits and reconciling hotel billing data
Candidate Profile:
• Training appropriate to the role
• Knowledge of English is essential; other languages are valued
• Previous experience in similar roles; internships are an added value
• Strong customer orientation and service excellence
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships
• Full availability to work in shifts
