What will you learn?

If you are an extroverted person, enjoy daily contact with customers and seek to ensure their satisfaction by offering them the best experience in our hotels, you can develop as a Receptionist whose functions are as follows:

– Apply the work methods, procedures manual and work instructions of the Iberostar, as well as ensuring compliance.
– Personalized service for each customer: check-in/check-out, reservations, etc.
– Perform billing and collection tasks.
– Concierge service (recommendations on outdoor activities, restaurants, transfer management, etc.)
– Receive, process and forward customer complaints to the corresponding services.
