Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure with quality

Where does the crew sleep and eat? – Accommodation and meals are included—in safe, clean, and organized spaces.
How long does the contract last? – Typically 6 to 8 months, with the possibility of renewal.
Can I grow within the company? – Yes! Many started as cooks and are now sous-chefs or head chefs.
