Commercial
Education and Experience:
• Previous experience in sales or customer acquisition roles (minimum 1 year);
• Experience in recruitment, temporary work, or outsourcing is valued.
Technical skills:
• Proficiency in computer tools from a user's perspective (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Ease of use of digital platforms and social networks for prospecting and recruitment purposes;
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals.
Behavioral skills:
• Strong focus on results and achieving objectives;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Enjoy interacting with clients and have an ease in establishing trusting relationships;
• Team spirit.
Others:
• Driver's license and availability for travel;
• Immediate or short-term availability.
