Receptionist 1st (m/f) Fulltime

The PBH Group, a reference in quality tourism in Portugal, is recruiting a 1st Receptionist (m/f) for VidaMar Resort Algarve.

Main responsibilities:
• Receive and serve guests, meeting the highest expectations;
• Carry out check-in and check-out in a personalized, efficient and memorable way.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities and surroundings;
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, providing a distinctive and excellent experience.

Ideal Profile:
• Technical and/or higher education in Hospitality/Tourism;
• Consolidated experience in the role, preferably in luxury and/or 5* units;
• Strong focus on providing excellent service and high quality standards;
• Fluent spoken and written English (eliminatory), other languages will be valued;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hotel management operating systems, preferably with Host;
• Nice presentation;
• Flexible working hours.

Location of work: Albufeira.
