Main Function: Direct actions related to the reservation service, in order to achieve a high profit rate.
Profile and Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent professional training;
Experience in similar functions, for a minimum period of 1 year;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS (Property Management Systems);
Strong knowledge of reservation, sales and upselling techniques;
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is valued;
Strong communication and customer orientation skills;
Dynamism, proactivity and resistance to stress.
