The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for the Hotel Mundial in Lisbon:

Houseman (m/f) with light driving license

Responsibilities:
– Performs services and tasks related to floors, public areas and laundry, with high versatility and flexibility and in accordance with the strategies defined by supervision;
– Ensures the cleaning of corridors, carpets, windows, facades, curtains and other items entrusted to them;
– Participates in the collection of dirty clothes and distribution of clean clothes across the different services and floors;
– Actively cooperates with floor, public area and laundry teams;
– Transports and collects material between several Units in Lisbon;
– Performs assigned tasks in accordance with work plans, ensuring the highest standards of service;
– Know the quality indicators of the Housekeeping cleaning and tidying service;
– Implements checklists and operational procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity and high quality standards.
– Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with Guests, ensuring that rooms meet their preferences and expectations.
– Coordinates your service on a daily basis, responding to special requests regarding VIPs and frequent guests staying at the Hotel and the procedure to be adopted in relation to them.

Requirements:
– Literary qualifications at the level of the 12th year of schooling;
– Minimum 6 months professional experience in similar roles, such as versatile Housekeeping or Maintenance;
– Driving license category B (eliminatory factor);
– Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English valued;
– Good ability to manage your personal and social emotions;
– Good ability to work in a team;
– Excellent communication skills, mutual assistance and resistance to stress;
– I like detailed service and customer satisfaction.
