Cook Fulltime

The Portugal Best Holiday (PBH) group is recruiting a Cook for Montargil Monte Novo.

Montargil Monte Novo is located in the heart of the Alto Alentejo, in the town of Montargil, in the municipality of Ponte de Sor, where the warm Alentejo land is bathed by the calm, cool waters of the great lake.

Main responsibilities:
• Prepare food to ensure sophisticated preparation of menu and buffet dishes;
• Replenish products and raw materials whenever necessary, particularly in buffet services;
• Comply with HACCP procedures and regulations;
• Participate in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, ensuring the quality and excellence of the service provided.

Ideal profile:
• Experience in the role;
• High standards of hygiene and food safety.
