Waiter 1st Fulltime

Wine & Books Porto Hotel is recruiting a Front Desk Waiter for its 5* hotel.

Main responsibilities:
• Provide a sophisticated, personalized and memorable restaurant service experience;
• Present the letter and collect the orders;
• Respond promptly and promptly to customer requests, preferences and needs, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with the kitchen, ensuring the quality and excellence of the service provided;
• Ensure that the tables in the dining room are tidy and clean;
• Collaborate in the management and resolution of complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal profile:
• Secondary education, preferably technical/professional in the hotel/catering areas;
• Experience in the role, preferably in 4 and/or 5* units;
• Strong focus on providing excellent service, with high quality standards;
• English and/or other languages will be valued;
• Computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice presentation;
• Flexible working hours.
