TIMING, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, with offices from North to South of Portugal and on the Islands, is recruiting for Quinta do Lago:

– Payroll Manager

Functions:

Coordination and supervision of salary processing, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and established deadlines.
Ensure the correct application of labor, tax and social security standards related to processing.
Management and analysis of records required for salary processing.
Preparation of reports relating to salaries, taxes and benefits.
Implementation of improvements in processing processes, ensuring their efficiency.
Support for internal and external audits related to the area of salary processing.
Provide support and clarification on employee issues related to salaries, benefits and deductions.
Requirements:

Degree in Management, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the same roles.
Knowledge of labor, tax and social security legislation.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactivity in problem solving and priority management.
Mastery of salary management tools.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of English.
