Right now, we are looking for people with the right profile to take on a challenge like Counter Employee in Lisbon – people who, in addition to skills, demonstrate passion and attitude.

Function:
– Suggestive selling (when applicable) – sales counter;
– Maintenance and cleaning of the space – sales counter;
– Perform all services inherent to the role (service, mise-en-place, preparations, cleaning);
– Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.

Profile:
– Previous experience in the role (preferential factor);
– Good knowledge of English (preferential factor);
– Sense of responsibility and
– Oriented towards teamwork;
– I enjoy contact with the customer;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Dynamic and resistance to stress;
– Availability and flexibility to work shifts and rotating days off (schedules followed by opening or closing and divided into 2 days off per week).
