Human Resources Technicians – Vilamoura Fulltime

TIMING, a Temporary Employment and Human Resources Management Company, with offices from North to South of Portugal and on the Islands, is recruiting for Vilamoura:

– Human Resources Technicians

Functions:

Manage recruitment and selection processes, from selection to integration of new employees.
Monitoring and support for employees.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Carry out employment contracts, admissions, renewals and terminations.
Support for payroll processing.
Manage and supervise training and skills development programs.
Reporting.
Support in conflict resolution and promoting a healthy work environment.
Ensure that employee records and documentation are kept up to date.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in the same roles.
Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative processes.
Communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Organization, proactivity and attention to detail.
Ease of working as a team
Be dynamic.
Proficiency in HR management tools and Excel.
Knowledge of English.
