In this role you will perform:
– Ensuring the smooth running of your service area, controlling stocks and requisitioning the necessary products and equipment;
– Checking and preparing the conditions of use, hygiene and cleanliness of the equipment, utensils and spaces of the service;
– Inform the client about the different therapies and massages that are performed and the different techniques used;
– Creating a welcoming environment for guests while they enjoy the SPA facilities and/or treatments;
– Daily operational management of the SPA and dynamization of the space, ensuring a service of excellence.
– Informing the client about the type of treatments that are performed and the different techniques used;
– Use appropriate processes of analysis and diagnosis of the type of treatment appropriate for the customer;
– Select the technical processes of the various therapeutic treatments of face and body according to the characteristics and needs of the client
– Select and use the equipment and products according to the type of treatment to be performed;
We expect you to have:
– Assiduity, responsibility and sense of duty;
– Dynamic personality, proactive and with taste for work;
– Basic knowledge of interpersonal communication techniques and customer service; Standards and rules of welcome and protocol appropriate to customer service;
– Fluency in the English Language;
– Spa experience in the hospitality area.
