Main responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of meals,
- Plate and garnish cooked dishes;
- Comply with hygiene and safety standards at work;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and equipment.
- Assist with stock management
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in a hotel environment;
- Buffet and à la Carte experience;
- Good knowledge of HACCP;
- Ease of movement;
- Aptitude for a distinct and refined service, strongly customer-oriented;
- Ease of communication, capacity for initiative and responsibility;
- Strong professional aptitude for teamwork and goal-oriented work;
- Flexible, organized and carefully presented;
- Total availability of schedules and shift work.
