Reception – various opportunities Seasonal Fulltime NEW

Main responsibilities:

• Service and reception of guests at check-in and check-out;
• Resolve customer requests following the Hotel’s standards;
• Ensure guest loyalty through a professional and proactive stance;
• Anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations;
• Check reservations and their types;
• Actively communicate with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Team;

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Secondary Education – 12th Year or Equivalent.
• Proven experience, between 1 and 2 years, in reception at a Hotel and/or other Accommodation Establishment (including night shifts);
• Proficiency in English is mandatory;
• Good communication and customer orientation skills;
• Careful presentation, be friendly and cordial;
• Availability to work rotating and shift shifts (including night shifts).
