Évora Hotel recruits: Pastry Chef 2nd

Function description:
-Prepare desserts and collaborate on pastry work;
-Request raw materials and other products, take care of their storage and conservation in accordance with good hygiene and food safety practices;
-Ensure the good preparation of sweets and desserts, and their compliance with what is established by the Pastry Chef;
-Check the order and cleanliness of the pastry section and utensils;
-Prepare a daily record of consumption;
-All other tasks related to the company's activity and falling within the role.
