Your mission
Ensure that the service provided exceeds customer satisfaction expectations;
Responsibility for service levels and quality of meals in restaurants and bars.

Your responsibility
Direct and coordinate all food and beverage operations, providing the customer with a unique and high-quality environment;
Implement the positioning strategy for the outlets under your responsibility;
Ensure the profitability of the department through the efficient management of all points of sale;
Organize services and teams to ensure efficient results.

Our requirements
Minimum 12th grade or equivalent (preferably with a degree);
Good knowledge of the English language;
Good computer knowledge from the user's perspective;
Specific training in the area of tourism and guest reception.
