To strengthen our teams of Reception, from Holiday Inn Express, in the Lisbon Region, we are recruiting a Receptionist.

What awaits you in this role:

• Carry out or collaborate in the reception and reception of customers;
• Provide information about the Hotel's services and tourist attractions and places of interest located near the Unit;
• Serve and assist customers, clarifying their doubts and meeting their requests as much as possible;
• Carry out telephone customer service;
• Check-In and Check-Out of customers;
• Use Opera software in different Front-Office processes;
• Daily control of operations carried out;
• Closing of the day and invoicing.

What we value in you:

• Knowledge of IT from a user perspective;
• Knowledge of Opera software (preferred);
• Experience in similar functions;
• Mastery of the English language (eliminatory factor);
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships;
• Dynamism, Organization and Proactivity;
• Customer orientation;
• Immediate availability;
• Availability to work shifts and night shifts;
• Residence in the Lisbon area (or surroundings).
