Position:

We are looking for a motivated e-commerce professional to join our growing team, bringing an analytical mindset and a passion for digital hospitality.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the online positioning of hotels, in conjunction with the Marketing Department, ensuring maximum visibility and quality of information (texts, images, descriptions);
• Monitor results and analyze profitability by channel and by unit;
• Support client recruitment: sending rates and offers, reviewing contracts and managing documents;
• Manage the booking engine: configure rates, offers and direct campaigns;
• Manage the Channel Manager and monitor reservation systems;
• Operationalize and supervise extranets (Booking, Expedia, Hotelbeds, among others);
• Communicate with customers and partners to optimize revenue;
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.

Desired Profile:

• Academic training appropriate to the role;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably managing multiple hotels in different locations);
• High sense of responsibility, rigor and organization;
• Analytical capacity and orientation towards results/objectives;
• Ability to manage time and define priorities;
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
• Knowledge of PMS Opera and Channel Manager valued;
• Fluency in English (other languages will be valued);
• Strong customer orientation and focus on effective solutions.
