Recruitment of Travel Agent for N Viagens, in Fafe Professional internship Fulltime

Looking for a travel agent with experience in the area, for a store located in Fafe.
It offers good interpersonal relationships and access to all the tools to be successful in the company.
We are looking for someone who already has some experience in the area and is a good salesperson, as the objective is to make sales.

Main responsibilities:
– Create relationships of empathy and trust by identifying customer needs in order to develop new business;
– Master products, propose creative and innovative solutions that are differentiating in order to add value to the relationship with the customer;
– Deepen and develop knowledge in the area of tourism in order to add value to the relationship with the customer;
– Ensure customer service in order to provide excellent service;
– Master the products, processes and market knowledge to ensure that sales are profitable.
