Candidate Profile:

• Specific Academic Training in Cooking/Pastry;
• Experience in 4 and 5 star hotels;
• Strong customer focus and service excellence; • Ability to work à la carte and create tasting menus;
• Creativity and originality in creating new products;
• Team management skills;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Knowledge of languages;
• Availability for rotating schedules and weekends.
