The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Pastry Chef (M/F/D) to join our team at the historic 5* unit on Avenida da Boavista, Hotel Porto Palácio by The Editor.

Main functions:

• Preparation of mise-en-places;
• Production of pastries for banquets and à la carte service;
• Support for kitchen service;
• Cleaning and maintenance of utensils and workspaces.

Requirements:

• Technical training in Cooking/Pastry;
• Professional experience in 4*/5* hotels;
• Customer orientation and service excellence;
• Creativity and originality in product creation;
• Good communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Resistance to stress;
• Knowledge of English and Spanish.
