Some of your functions:
– promote relationships with guests
– carry out check ins, reservation extensions and check outs
– keep work and guest space clean and organized
– process receipts, checking and correct arrangement and storage of deliveries from suppliers
– convey important and relevant information
– ensure the safety and well-being of all guests
– comply with internal rules and procedures

Do you have experience and training in the area? You speak Portuguese? Do you master English?
Are you available for rotating shifts?
