Main responsibilities:

• Welcome the customer to the space, direct and accompany the customer to the table;
• Organize reservations in partnership with the Head of Room, Deputy Head of Room, Head of Shift, Director or Deputy Director of Restaurant, taking into account the restaurant's standards;
• Promote customer relationships, manage expectations and their needs;
• Transmit complaints to your superior;
• Make correct use of restaurant/store materials, utensils and equipment;
• Comply with HACCP requirements.

Requirements:

• Literary qualifications at the 12th year level;
• Minimum experience of 1 year in identical functions;
• Good knowledge of English - Minimum level B1 in speaking;
• Strong customer orientation and commercial spirit;
• Be a team player: available, flexible and dedicated;
• Identification document (Citizen Card or Residence Permit), Tax Identification Number and Social Security Number.
