Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation and promote the correct execution of procedures and standards of excellence and quality (service, maintenance, equipment);
• Ensure that the restaurant is prepared in terms of product, team and cleanliness;
• Promote customer relationships, manage expectations and their needs;
• Manage complaints;
• Monitor the initial and ongoing training of employees;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
• Carry out weekly and monthly inventory and plan orders.

Requirements:

• Literary qualifications at the 12th year level;
• Minimum 2 year experience in identical functions;
• Good knowledge of English
• Minimum level B1 in speaking skills;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Be a team player: available, flexible and dedicated;
• Identification document (Citizen Card or Residence Permit), Tax Identification Number and Social Security Number.
